Knighthawks schedule full slate
A quick note here ... as an FYI, the Knighthawks HAVE been able to schedule a full National Lacrosse League season despite the earlier ugliness between the league and the players union.
The 16-game schedule includes eight home games against Minnesota, Calgary, Toronto, New York, Chicago, Philadelphia and Buffalo (twice). The 'Hawks open the 2008 season with a home-and-home series against arch-rival Buffalo Jan. 11 and 12. The regular season wraps up at the end of April.
The question now is, how much revenue can the team reap from those eight home games? Will the K-hawks be able to break even for the woefully beleaguered Steve Donner, or will they continue to by just another financial drain on the Rochester Sports Group?
